Our residential division is based in Canonsburg, just outside Pittsburgh, and we're part of a larger group that includes a thriving commercial and industrial HVAC branch. What You'll Be Doing

This is a senior-level role. You'll take the lead on residential HVAC installs with a helper tech on most jobs. You'll be expected to run clean, efficient installations and represent Metro with professionalism and pride.

Day-to-day includes:

• Installing furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, and ductwork
• Brazing, wiring, and charging systems to spec
• Reading blueprints and job specs
• Managing tools, time, and materials on-site
• Keeping the work area clean and safe
• Communicating clearly with homeowners
• Meeting Metro's standards for quality and timelines

Who We're Looking For

• 46+ years of experience as a lead residential HVAC installer
• Strong technical skills across all install types (forced air, hydronics, mini-splits)
• Confident in brazing, electrical, refrigerant handling, and layout
• Able to train and lead a helper tech
• EPA certification required; NATE is a bonus
• Valid driver's license with a clean or nearly clean record
• Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to doing things right

• $30 - $40 per hour, depending on experience
