What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead commercial installation projects from layout to final hookup. Some jobs you'll run solo, others you'll lead a small crew. You'll coordinate with project managers, stay on schedule, and keep safety and quality at the center of everything.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Installing commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, RTUs, boilers, chillers, and more
• Reading blueprints and technical specs
• Leading and mentoring junior installers on-site
• Coordinating with project managers and subcontractors
• Ensuring code compliance, site safety, and quality standards
• Using basic dispatch and project tracking software (training provided)

What We're Looking For

• 46+ years of commercial HVAC installation experience
• Solid knowledge of ductwork, piping, and mechanical systems
• Experience leading install jobs or coordinating field crews
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and job specs
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
• Familiarity with basic digital tools (we'll train you)
• A self-motivated attitude and pride in doing the job right

Pay and Benefits

• $30 - $40 per hour, depending on experience
