Controlled Climate Systems, Inc. is hiring an Assistant to work directly with our Vice President in overseeing our service department. It's part admin, part logistics, and all about learning the ropes of how commercial HVAC operations run.

No HVAC experience? No problem. We'll teach you what you need to know. What matters is your mindset, attention to detail, a drive to get things right, and the ability to stay calm when things get busy.

Relocating? If you're the right fit, we're open to helping with moving expenses. Whether you're coming from across the state or out of market entirely, we'll talk.

We've been serving Western Pennsylvania since 1971, delivering service, maintenance, and installation for commercial and industrial HVAC systems. We're still family-owned, still based in Canonsburg, PA, and still growing because we treat our people well and do the job right the first time.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the right hand to the VP, helping coordinate technicians, track projects, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll get real exposure to field operations, scheduling, dispatch, contract management, and customer relationships you'll grow into more responsibility as you go.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Supporting the VP with scheduling, dispatch, and project tracking
• Helping manage customer service agreements and communication
• Learning to use our CRM and field management software (we'll train you)
• Coordinating parts, inventory, and logistics
• Keeping project info organized and up to date
• Stepping into more operational responsibility as you grow

Who You Are

• Highly organized, detail-focused, and dependable
• Mechanically minded or interested in how technical systems work
• Comfortable multitasking and handling moving parts
• Professional communicator, written and verbal
• Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
• Engineering background or education is a plus (but not required)
