As a Senior Installer, you'll be the lead on residential installation jobs and typically have a helper assigned to assist. You'll be trusted to manage your work independently and complete high-quality installations in customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Installing forced air furnaces, condensing units, heat pumps, mini-splits, ductwork, and boilers
• Performing brazing, wiring, and refrigerant charging
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and installation specifications
• Managing time, tools, and materials on each job
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Communicating clearly and respectfully with homeowners
• Completing projects to company standards, on time and on budget

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of experience as a Lead Residential HVAC Installer
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, and best practices
• Skilled in brazing, wiring, and charging systems
• Ability to work independently and lead an installation team
• EPA Certification required; additional certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean (or near-clean) record
• Reliability, accountability, and a customer-first mindset
