Service Manager

As Service Manager, you will oversee our commercial HVAC service operations, lead a team of technicians and dispatchers, manage contracts and financial performance, and ensure we consistently deliver excellent service to our clients. This is a leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys both people management and operational strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the service department, including technicians and dispatch staff
• Develop and sell maintenance agreements and service contracts
• Manage financial performance, budgets, and department goals
• Oversee daily service scheduling and ensure efficient route coordination
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and team morale
• Ensure accurate and timely use of service software
• Monitor parts/material inventory and coordinate with purchasing as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 or more years of HVAC service experience, including leadership or supervisory roles
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and service practices
• Proven ability to manage teams and departmental budgets
• Experience with service dispatch or CRM software (training provided)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening

Salary and Benefits

• Full time position
• Competitive salary at $60,000 to $80,000, based on experience.
