What You'll Be Doing

We're hiring a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to service, diagnose, and repair a variety of commercial and industrial HVAC systems. If you're sharp, self-sufficient, and take pride in doing it right the first time, you'll fit right in.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Diagnosing and repairing commercial HVAC systems (rooftops, boilers, chillers, etc.)
• Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and control issues
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
• Completing service reports and communicating clearly with clients and dispatch
• Ensuring work meets safety codes and standards
• Keeping your work vehicle and tools organized and job-ready
• Using company software (we'll train you)

What We're Looking For

• 46 years of commercial HVAC service experience (or similar)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems, ductwork, and piping
• Capable of running jobs solo or working within a team
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Clean driving record (minor violations okay)
• Tech-friendly or willing to learn our systems
• Dependable, accountable, and detail-oriented
• Willing to undergo a background check and drug screening
