We're looking for a skilled Commercial HVAC Service Technician to handle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair for commercial and industrial systems. If you can think on your feet, solve complex problems, and deliver quality work with professionalism, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on a variety of commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems
• Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and blueprints
• Ensure work meets local and state codes, safety standards, and client expectations
• Document service and communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Use company-provided software tools to track jobs and service history (training provided)
• Represent the company professionally on job sites

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of ductwork, piping, and HVAC mechanical systems
• Ability to lead projects independently or work within a team
• EPA Universal Certification preferred
• Clean driving record (minor violations considered)
• Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening
• Tech-savvy or willing to learn job-specific software
• Reliable, accountable, and motivated to do the job right the first time
