As a Senior Commercial HVAC Installer, you'll take the lead on large-scale commercial installs involving ductwork, piping, and HVAC equipment. You'll work independently or supervise a small crew, depending on the project scope. This role is ideal for someone who's ready to own their work, solve problems on the fly, and help keep job sites running smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the installation of commercial HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and major equipment
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation
• Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to meet deadlines
• Ensure all work meets mechanical codes and safety standards
• Mentor junior installers and ensure quality workmanship on-site
• Use basic dispatch/CRM software for daily project tracking (training provided)

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 or more years of commercial HVAC installation experience
• Strong knowledge of ductwork, piping, and equipment installations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Demonstrated leadership and job site coordination experience
• Valid driver's license (clean driving record preferred)
• Familiarity with service management software is a plus
